__PET ONLY. This Pomsky is sold as a pet and no warranties are expressed or implied. The buyer agrees that this pet will be spayed or neutered. This Pomsky is NOT to be used for breeding.

X BREEDING PROSPECT. This Pomsky is sold with the right to breed. No warranties on her ability to breed successfully are expressed or implied. Buyer agrees that no puppies produced will be sold to pet stores.

It is understood that this Pomsky is a hybrid product of F2 Pomsky and Pomeranian, and therefore has no AKC registration as Pomskies are not yet a recognized breed by the AKC.

The buyer has 72 hours from the time of delivery to have this Pomsky checked by their vet. If the veterinary exam reveals a serious illness or genetic defect and our veterinary concurs with this diagnosis, then the animal may be returned within this time period. Buyer will pay all veterinary fees incurred by the buyer while the dog is in their custody. A replacement dog of equal quality will be made when one becomes available. Any difference in price will be the buyer's responsibility.

We include a one-year genetic guarantee against life threatening conditions. If a life-threatening genetic condition is diagnosed within the first year of the puppy’s life, we will agree to refund the sales price to the owner.

There are NO guarantees if this animal is hurt or becomes sick after leaving the breeder's premises and since we will have no control over its care when it leaves our facility we cannot guarantee final adult size.

We guarantee that the animal is free of disease at the date of this sale and transfer of the pup to the buyer and it will be current on all vaccines and worming.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 will be required to hold the puppy and full payment is required before the puppy leaves our premises.

PayPal payment may be accepted with an additional 3% fee if it is sent in such a way that the breeder is assessed a fee by PayPal. This contract must be signed and returned to seller before the dog will be allowed to leave our premises. All shipping expenses and any additional cost incurred by the seller, not limited to and including any veterinary bills, are to be reimbursed by the buyer. Shipping costs include the airline ticket, veterinary health certificate, crate, and travel. The original copy of this contract must be signed and returned to seller before the dog will be allowed to leave our premises.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy or dog to anyone for any reason.

We, the undersigned, do hereby agree to the terms as set forth in this contract and all provisions herein. Should this contract be contested or litigated, all attorney fees will be the responsibility of the Buyer and it is agreed that any court proceedings will be held in Yakima County in Washington.
